Another editor for PCM08, making it possible to easily add new teams and cyclists. It can also be used for stat-editing, stage editing, and a lot of other useful things. V3 is in Italian, French and English.

V3.1 fixes the search for riders-bug.

Installation: Extract the package, and it's ready to use.

very good editor!! just one question though what is maximum increase is it the age or the total amount the stats can go up by?

Ive used the english translator but when i click on the question mark next to the box its still in italian so i cant understand it

HOw can i add photos to new riders i have made? I put a photo in the folder for photos, and written the name on the file for the new rider. But in-game its not a photo, but just a pink box.
