A package including a lot of graphical stuff such as Miya's Amsterdam fantasy velodrome, Grabba's graphic updates, a new background, a new mouse icon and much more.
Installation: Extract the package to your main PCM-folder (e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 08/)

note: this is not a Database, but it's meant to be a package with lots of stuff made by different people, so you dont have to download everything separately.
This should be compatible with every proper DB.
