PCM.daily's monthly magazine, PCM Monthly, made by Smoothie and the rest of the PCM Monthly team, has released Issue #2! This months issue is a PCM/Tour Special with indepth reviews of Track Cycling and the new Scouting system included. There is also a preview to the Tour de France including the teams and the important stages that are yet to come. A review of the recent National Championships also joins the regular features of Columns, Rider Diaries and this Month's Poll.
