A 2008 version of the Audience Pack which makes the spectators wear cycling / fan jerseys.
Installation: Extract the pack to your main PCM-folder (e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager/)

Why then if they are meant to be wearing 2008 stuff is the first screenshot showing a T-Mobile supporter? Or does 2008 just refer to the fact they made it this year?
