Another 2008 database, made by the French guy, Freire02. It's a rather small package which only includes the most necessary things, such as the database, the jerseys, the mini-jerseys and a few other graphical things.
Installation: Extract the package to your desktop. Double click Bat-editor_08.v2.0.exe and follow the given instructions. When asked where to install, choose your main PCM-directory (e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2007/). Afterwards, do the same with Bat-editor_08.v2.3.exe.
