A clouds and sky pack by EintractFan (which works for both PCM 06 and PCM 07), making the clouds look more realistic on the sky.
Installation: Extract the package to \Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2007\Blocs\Sky

I looked closely at the original file and the "supposed" improvements. I cant see any difference..
