A 2008 database made by a French guy, ELeCTr0CuTioNisT. This package only contains a Database-file, so you need to download the jerseys seperately.
The new 1.1-version also includes 25 updated Continental teams.
Installation: Extract the package to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2007/Database
