A database, made by the French user "Rasmu89" who has now changed his name to "Evans89" -- I wonder why 
This pack includes a lot of graphical add-ons. including a new menu look, a new background, some of Miya's updates, accessories and sponsor kits -- and probably also a lot more. It also got some new French commentary, and, of course, a real name DB 
Installation: Double click the .exe-file. When asked where to install it, point it to your main PCM-directory (f.e. Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2007)
