A third and very important patch for the Eternal DB Patch.
Fixes a bug which made the game crash (= The Tour of Wellington-bug), 17 new scouting zones have been added, 7 new race logos, 197 new riders, 2 more team logos and new variant files have been added.
You do of course need Digitizer V2, Patch 1 and 2 to use this.
Installation: After having installed the above files, extract this package to your main PCM directory.

I have installed all this and all changes but the riders and the teams are all original included doped rider. what did i do wrong !
