it dont work i change the name to orginallocal and copy the file into the old orginallocal in the database folder in the pcm 2007 but when i start the game looking in the gamesettings the function one texture for a rider is not avaible

Don't rename the file. Just place it - as written above - in Documents and Settings\Your Name\Application Data\Pro Cycling Manager 2007. It's not available in options, but it does work in game.

So whats the benefits in this mode?

i works but the rider then have wrong Jambieres + wrong manchettes

there are xml folders in the D:\Programm\PCM 2007\UserHome\AppData\Config so i cant owerwrite them.

I don't visit this site very often and I do, I don't check the downloads for comments. Even if I did I could have been busy - I have other things to do, you know. The file doesn't go into the folder you mentioned. Look for here for help!
