In this pack, you'll find

Simply download the pack and extract the stage files to the CM_Stages folder in your main PCM directory.
Important: Because of the file names, this pack only works with the PCM.Daily 2023 Database (unless manually edited).

I'm not sure if it is known, but they 2010 Edition of the Giro has non historic stages for the second part of the Giro. It is not a big problem, the stages make sense and are believable. I think I have encountered the same phenomena in previous edition of the game and and 2012 Giros.
The only reason I notice it is because I really remember this edition of the Giro. Sorry if it is known already.
