How to install?

A clean installation of Pro Cycling Manager 2020 is recommended before installing this database, to avoid bugs and to save you some space in your hard drive. This database is a standalone one, so you won't need anything else but the latest version of Pro Cycling Manager 2020 for this. It is highly recommended to have Steam updated to it's newest update when installing the database.

1. Download the database from the Downloads section here.

2. Open the archive you downloaded. Extract the content of the folders "3D, CM_Stages, Database, XML & GUI" inside the directory where you installed PCM 20. Generally, that's going to be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2020, but if that's not the case, the folder is always the one where you can find PCM's executable, PCM.exe. When you're asked to overwrite/merge, say yes.

3. Go to your Documents folder. Generally, that's going to be C:\Users\*YOUR_USERNAME*\Documents, but otherwise you should be able to find it yourself pretty easily. Replace the .cdb file named "OfficialRelease" in C:\Users\*YOUR_USERNAME*\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2020\Mod\Default with the .cdb file "OfficialRelease" that you just downloaded.

4. Now it's time to start the game. When you create a new game (either Career/Pro Cyclist/One-off Race/etc.), select "Default". Do not delete any existing files or folders this time!

5. You're set, enjoy! If you followed this guide, but you’re still having problems with the installation, ask your question in the General questions thread on PCMdaily.com.

I'm not a noob in adding the DB to PCM as I've done in the previous versions.

I've followed the tutorial to the letter.
I went even the extra mile: DELETED the game, install it again, then added the DB from PCMDAILY, just as the steps describe. But when I try to play, I still see the wrong names, like nothing has changes.

This was my first problem, after I solve this with a replace while I had the game open. But now I don't have logo's only pink squares, anyone suggestions?

Update; It must be something with the .cdb file. When I replace the .cdb in the Default map. ''Last changed'' goes to 14.42 (as in the Winrar folder), but when I want to create a new career and take another look at the default map the ''last changed'' went back to 22:18 --> time of installing PCM. Already tried this 3 times. Everytime the last changed time went back....

@JasperGesink Try doing the copy-pasting with the game open at its Home Screen.

Basically, start the game, tab out to Windows and then copy the file to the location mentioned. That's how it worked for me.

@JasperGesink Regarding the issue with the pink squares, it might be an issue with the download like a corrupted file.

That query will be best answered by a creator of the pack. My suggestion would be to try re-downloading using a download manager ideally to avoid corrupted downloads.

@JasperGesink: The one thing I can think of is that maybe you have another workshop database activated that interferes. Could that be the case? If so, unsubscribe from that. If not, maybe try downloading just the cdb again from here. As you've stated, it does seem like a cdb problem. If neither of the two solutions work, consider posting in the support thread of the forum, maybe another member has had this issue or has an idea how to fix it.

Hi guys!
First of all, thank you for this amazing job!

Second, I don't know if any of you experienced an issue when adding jerseys (Sunweb new jerseys, NC jerseys, etc in my 3d > Cyclists > Cloth > Team folder, but for my part it doesn't work in game. What have I missed?
