Another pre-release Realname DB, brought out by French community PCMvillage.
Features:
-real names of the team and of the cyclists
-a rerating of the pros and hopes cyclists
-the addition of several cyclists in the database
Installation:
After downloading the DB, put the .cdb file in:
My documents/PCM2015/Mod/Database
After selecting it in the options menu, you should be able to play with it.

tfoufil: You must open saved database. Somewhere in ...Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2015\Cloud\your name and there you can open the database (called like your save) which will include your rider.
It works for me.
