The first realname DB for PCM 15.

Installation:
After downloading, you'll have a .exe file.
If it doesn't start up automatically, double-click the .exe file.
Follow the steps. If it asks you where to install, input your game folder in Program Files.
By default, this is C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2015.
If you are a Steam user, this is by default C/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/common/Pro Cycling Manager 2015.
It could however be different, make sure to check your gamefolder before installing.

There are some missing team shirts and minimaillots for a few Continental League teams. Most are there, but they have the wrong names. If you supersede the incorrect team shirt name with 2015_ the graphics will appear. You'll know which teams need the fix because they're wearing Cyanide kit. The same fix works for most missing minimaillots (large pink squares). I'm sure a database update will clean this up soon if you're not comfortable fixing the file names.
