Trouble With Downloading Database

I tried downloading the PCM Expansion Pack Database and followed all the instructions and it installed. Everytime I go to start the game it make sme run the installer again for it Rolling Eyes Any help as to what I'm doing wrong exactly?

Somehow messed up the install. I retried it and all is fine, thanks though!
