Egor Silin is good one. The guy is just 21 years old, but already achive a good results. For example, few days ago he won the mountain stage in Giro della Valle d'Aosta Mont Blanc. He left pelotone on the second climb and won this thage with more than two minutes lead.
He is very promising stage racer. Next year Egor will be in Katjusha or Saxo Bank squad.
