I play with Cycloteck's 98-08 DB and want to reduce all stats by 5 riders (those who have 85 to 80 are those with 70 to be 65) Is it possible for all riders, and if possible how and Which editor?

There's mass edit functions in CLE-ditor and Hannes Converter. You can also use an Excel formula and do it with Excel / Advanced Editor.
