PCM 08 vs 09??

I am planning on purchasing the game for the first time, and am wondering if it is worth saving money on the 08 version or would be better with the 09? Are there 09 updates for the 08 version?

There are 09 updates for PCM08, but it's really not worth saving the few bucks. PCM09 was launched cheaper than any other PCM-game, and you get a few good new features.
