How to riders race program i carrer mode?

I would like to know witch colums I have to change, if I wnat to change a riders race program. ex if I want to make sure that Cavendish race tour de france?
I know how to change their training program, but not how to change their race program.???

Anyone who knows?

Each team's roster schedule is in DYN_team_race.
