This Spanish stage race has a short prologue, but the Mountain stage should be descisive after which the hilly stage could be used to pass any opponents you couldt pass on the mountain.

Ah wtf! What was Perez Cuapio doing in the mountain stage, why didn't he attack?
Well wait he's mexican, he's got the disease. Camon cut me some slack and give me some kind of handicap 
Gustavo crashes and Branislav shines. This race was a revelation for my team...
