I liked the quater final yesterday...
Where he was in the lead pretty much jogging and laughing with his training partner daniel Bailey..
and in the same shot the Brit Simeon Williamson is flat out busting a gut and can't get anywhere near them xD

this was aint jogging. That was part of the show..and isnt nice against runners who are trying they'r best here..
sry. but I just dont like guys who dont have basic ethics.. Thank good cycling is mostly gentelman sport.

Bolt's time was totally and utterly insane. In 1996 the record was set by Bailey at 9.84. Bolt lowered it to 9.72 last May. That's 12 years for it to be lowered by 0.12. For him to lower it by another 0.11 in a single race? That will never happen again. And at 23, you figure he's got a lot still going for him. At this rate, he could probably run a sub 19 second 200. Remember when Johnson set his WR in Atlanta and no one thought that it would be beaten in like 20 years? Bolt could almost do it by a second! Insane! |

He was trying his hardest. Don't be fooled or stupid thinking he wasn't. He didn't ease up once in his finals sprint. He just acts like that because he knows he's the fastest guy in the world. It's like people saying Cav is always cocky, well, some would say when Cav says he's going to win, he's arrogant, but he's often right. Same goes for Bolt, just he's a showman. It's just confidence.

The year(s) of CERA is ironically also the year(s) of lowering the World Records by a whole lot of time in both athletics and swimming.
