Basically it's a pack based on national teams. Think there's 26 nations included, reworked stats (with new limits), some new isolated buildings and a Tour d'Europe (30 stages long, incl a 160k something ITT!).

Haven't tried it myself, mostly since I can't understand the instructions. So if anyone could translate the install instructions to english I'd be pleased.

It looks pretty rubbish and unstable.

There are only 19 teams in the whole database.

Colombia - 4 Riders
Belgium - 16 Riders
France - 46 Riders
Poland - 1 Rider
Netherlands - 24 Riders
Britain - 6 Riders
Germany - 25 Riders
Denmark - 12 Riders
Slovenia - 5 Riders (Although 2 of those are Slovakian)
Russia - 9 Riders
Switzerland - 20 Riders
Spain - 42 Riders
Norway - 2 Riders
Luxembourg - 3 Riders
Italy - 66 Riders
USA - 15 Riders
Portugal - 13 Riders
Austria - 14 Riders
Kazakhstan - 10 Riders

Very little effort has gone into making it, so I would avoid it
