I've had a quick search on the forum, but couldn't find anything.
How can you undo the last stage, or modify the times of that stage or even edit the GC? I need to do this because one of the stages in the Tdf screw me over, it was a flat stage with uphill sprint finish, but it wasn't a sprinters stage so there were actually time gaps, so all my main GC rides lost over a minute, dropping Cadel from 2nd to 10th, 1 min behind Contador, which doesn't help.
some might already know the stage i mean, i'd reallt appreciate the help
To modifiy the classification of the GC: DYN_classification_race. You might need to modify the classification of the stage as well: DYN_classification_stage. (I did not check the table names, so they might be different)
To race a stage again you would need to edit the date and stage in GAM_config. But I have never tried it so I cannot tell if it is working or how to do it.
Just make sure not to overwrite your save when doing these changes.
BTW: You don't need to do it, you just want to do it...
I was looking at DYN_classification_race, but I wasn't sure that was the correct place to look, plus I could not get my head round the values. Took me a while to work out how the time value works.
I subtracted the time I lost from the overall time in DYN_classification_race for each of my riders, with in reason (no advantages gained for my main riders), saved the file, went back into the game, checked the current GC and their times had been reduced to what I edited them to, even though their position in the GC hadn't. I then ran the next stage and the new times for that stage updated the standings to the correct position.
So you don't need to modify the stage results and I wasn't worried about retrying the stage, just a half assed way of editing it, but it works how I want it to and I can now carry on with the rest of the race and season.
