downloaded shirts won't work

i've got some new team shirts from here and i have followed all the instructions on https://www.pcmdai...icle_id=91 and they won't work, can anyone help? |

If you followed the instructions it would be working. The shirts up for download also work. It's actually a nice guide.
My first guess is there's a mistake here -
In most cases, shirts come in either PNG or JPEG format. These cannot be read by the game, so to use them, you'll have to convert them to TGA. This is what you downloaded Paint.NET for. Open the image with the program. Now, go to File -> Save As OR hold down CTRL + Shift + S, and a pop-up will appear. Select TGA under "file type". We'll take care of the file name later, so click "Save".
A new pop-up will appear - and this one is quite important. Without the correct settings, the shirt won't work even if the format is TGA. Make sure that Bit Depth is set to 32-bit, and that the Compress (RLE) function is NOT ticked. Below, you'll find an example of a correct configuration (article continues below the image).
If you post up the shirts you're trying to add we can eliminate this.

Well, based on what you've send this particular Agritubel shirt should work then, as it's the right size and format and it's in the correct place. |

although e.g. when i am agritubel in le tour de france stage 1 my 1st rider has a quick step shirt, how can i fix this? |

If he has a Quickstep shirt, then it means the game cannot find the jersey or the jersey is not in the right format.
The jersey looks to be in the right format. It looks to be in the right place based on what you've said.
But, something is not right somewhere.

Emptying your cache folder shouldn't make a difference, but you never know.
Open Start and type in %AppData% . Find the PCM-folder and delete it. |

I did that and it made no difference have got pcm.daily's expansion now, any shirts that won't work for me i'll post as i find them out:
here are 3:
Agritubel
Drapac Porsche
Team Katusha (Leaders Jersey's Work)
and all are in the right place, |
