Okay... I'm making the jump from PCM7 to PCM9, so I've got a lot of stuff to learn. To make it easier on myself, I was going to just use the pre-made training schedules.

My question... can they be trusted not to burn my riders out before their peaks?

I've got some late season goals, so I'm using plans that peak in August and September for many riders. I've noticed that with those plans a lot of my guys are already in the high 60's for training fitness and gaining fatigue. Can I feel confident that when I get to the Vuelta the guys I have with Vuelta plans won't be so fatigued that they can't get to maximum training fitness?
