I have a few questions when it comes the training of a rider.
1. I have a sprinter (about 81 in the "sprinting-stats" ), but he is somewhat bad when it comes to mountains and hills. If I deside to train him in the climbing-stats will that cause his other stats to drop? Could his acceleration, for example, go down to 78-79?
2. What is a "puncheur"? What would I train if I train him in such an area?
3. When I look at my riders training schedule (one for the Vuelta) the bars are red around the time of the race. If I would go for the, lets say...Giro one year, should the bars be red around the time of the giro?
I'm sorry, many of these questions are probably idiotic

1. Unless your rider is over the age of decline, no.
2. Puncheurs are riders with good hill and stamina stats who go for hilly classics like Amstel Gold Race
3. You're right, red bars means high training fitness.

1. No, other stat can't decrease (if he isn't too old, of course)
2. Puncheur is rider who do good in hilly classics (for example Ardennes classics, Giro di Lombardia, most of World Championships) and stages
Now, I just have to go and spend a week or two trying to put together a schedule for my riders and set a training program Think I will be done by Christmas
