Shirt request for TEAM 13

Hi folks,

I've been trying for hours now to make myself a jersey (both with GIMP as with photoshop), but I cant seem to get it right Sad

I was hoping that 1 of you has got some spare time and could perhaps design something for me Smile
I didnt find any of the existing threads about jersey creation to be accepting any new requests, so I figured I'd try a new thread Wink

Right now I'm using a custom shirt from the database, but I'd love to have my teamname on the front or back =)

Well here's some info:
Team name: TEAM 13 ( << if possible, put the team name on the shirt )

Main sponsor: Fortis ( logo found at: https://www.zinnov...s_logo.jpg )

2nd sponsor: Nike (logo: https://www.profil...s/nike.jpg )

3rd sponsor: Coca Cola ( logo: https://my.nyp.edu..._large.gif )


Colors:
main color: something dark preferably, towards black (or just plain black Wink ). Like the 1 in the top left corner in this image:

2nd color: green, bit brigher green then on the image above. And white / silver
