Difficulty difference?
crz
Hey PCM.daily!

I'm totally new to PCM, and I've played for a few weeks now.. and still I win anything I attend if I want to - on easy obviously.

I wanna start over on a tougher difficulty, but still I don't wanna struggle completely.

What exactly makes the "higher" difficulties tougher? And how much tougher are normal than easy?

This is probably something that have been answered before, I apologies.

Thanks alot!

There are two difficulties, the monetary difficulty and the gameplay difficulty, the monetary difficulty, which you set at the begining of the game can't be changed and it sets how much your sposnsors give you compared to your riders salary, on normal they give you the same amount, on easy slightly more and on hard slightly less, your income from races and secondary sponsors will have to cover the costs of staff and traveling.
The race difficulty is set in the options menu and the way it works as far as I understand is the AI get no bonus in normal and roughly -5% in easy and +5% and +10% in hard and extreme. Most people find hard gives them the most realistic results but as this can be changed at any time, i would start on normal and adjust if you find the results you are getting are to good or not good enough fr your liking.
Hope this helps.

That's perfect!

So I'll go with normal/normal, and adjust the race difficulty as I go along.

Thanks a ton!

If you're not that much into finances/managing side and more into racing, I would reccomend starting on easy when it comes to financial difficulty. This way you'll be able to focus on training. If You go for more strategic look using races only as a toolfor reaching (or not) season's objectives, I'd reccomend hard level.
