Jersey Wont Show in Carrer?

So i made this jersey and im trying to put it in Career Mode. Ive done it before with my first Jersey. Just Rename it, Make sure its 32 bit or sumthing in TGA form and rename it c00_maillot . I replaced the one i put there (that worked in carrer) with the new one, and it doesnt work, and I dont have a minishirt but the old one worked without one. Some Wierd Jersey shows up from another team. What am I doing wrong.
And... can someone make the minishirt? Thanks \/...

Yess thats the turtorial I used. and when I get to carrer you pick the first jersey right?
