In a few days I'll have to uninstall the game and install it on a new computer. I'm currently in the middle of a decent career and was wondering if there was any way of transfering this game from the computer I am now to the new one I will be getting in a couple of days?

Go to PCM's folder in your documents and then copy all folders from Database/Solo...in one of them will be your savegame...this folders then paste in the same destination in your new computer...
EDIT: of course folder in your documents, not in your database....uff, everywhere are databases
