Game not loading

When I click to start the game, this happens:
The game is set to full screen, and I can hear the Game's music,
I have no idea why this has happened.

It happens all the time? Or have you just tried to launch it once?

You have vista as far as I can see, right? Try to right-click on the pcm icon and click run as admin. |

corrupt save game maybe,
take them out of the Solo folder and place them somewhere else if it still doesn't work then at least that's one thing we can cross off our list

Nope. Basically I played Stage 11 of the Giro, quit it and posted the report. When I tried to get back on to do Stage 12 it started doing that.
I reinstalled it and it works, so now im doing the patch, ppdb and then the Giro savegame.
