I was just wondering if anyone here will be following the Rugby WC in September. I definitely will, but I don't know if it'll be broadcastet here in Germany.
As Kenya isn't taking part, I'll be hoping for SAB)

I didn't say I know much about Rugby, but I like watching and playing it. You don't get to hear anything about rugby here in germany, so it's hard to keep up to dateB) |

yeah, it's sad. I can sympathize because we get a bit of rugby on sunday afternoons here. just not ice hockey. which is a shame.
rink hockey is insanely popular in warm countries, so we get loads of it. especially being one of the world's powers at it

i will follow it just to see England get beat, they are insanely crap, maybe even Portugal will beat them...who knows
Wales are very good but everyone on their team is Welsh so i'm not supporting them
I will support Fiji and Samoa (are they in it?, i play rugby sometimes but don't follow it at all))

Fiji should be, and they are quite good actually (as far as I know at least)
I'm hoping for SA and Namibia |

Fiji have a very tough task if they want to get past the group stages though.

Namibia are going to get thrashed even more than England are.
And Fiji have half a chance of getting through, they've got Wales and Australia in their group.
England have Samoa and South Africa, so will probably lose to both and crash out.
New Zeland have got an easy group, only Scotland and Italy will pose any kind of threat against them

Well Fiji have a very thin chance of beating Australia, and last year Wales beat a combined Pacific Islands side.
Plus, no player from Fiji, Tonga or Samoa are any good at kicking.

But this year Wales are useless - they lost to Scotland and Italy, that's shocking

More recently though, they lost to Australia, in Australia thanks to a last minute winner from Australia ~ and it wasnt even their full strength team.
Also - they beat England, 27-18! And that Italy match was very annoying. They asked the referee if they had time to kick it to the corner and take a lineout, with a try possibility (Instead of going for a kickable penalty which would have made it a draw). The referee said there was time, Hook kicked to the corner and the Ref blew for full time. So basically the Ref lied, denying Wales the chance of winning/drawing.

I found that incredible when that happened - and beating England is easier than beating Italy at the moment

So France are humiliated against Argentina in front of a packed Paris crowd.
I couldn't feel more sorry for them [end sarcasm].
Brilliant, the French lose
At home
Argentina played great, France were absolutely shocking
