Start game : Waiting for connection problem

i have problem with PCM 09. when i want start new game (career/stage..etc) i have to wait for a long time for start. there is only Waiting for connection for about 3-4 minutes.
same problem in the game when i simulate day with some races (2-3 minutes of waiting)
it s absolutely unplayable..

can anybody help me solve this problem?

i have vista 64 SP 2, i m administrator of my computer.. no firewall..
i have another installation of PCM 09 on my home computer with XP 32 system and it works without problem. no delay..

if it will help i can attach here log file..

There was something similar in another thread a week or so ago. Turning off one of Vista's sevices did the trick then. Have a look on the forums. Shoouldn't be too difficult to find. Wink

edit - slighty different but might have an effect.

now i know where problem is, but i don t no solution
problem is Multimedia Class Scheduler Service, when i turn it off, PCM09 has no problem with starting the game and simulating, but i have no sound in game, what is wrong of course..Wink
can anybody help me please?
