Invisible shorts

Morning,
yesterday i made all race leaders shirts for my custom team!
in the shirt viewer they looked good but when I'm Ingame then the shorts turn invisible!
Can anybody tell why that happens?

Maybe you've placed them in wrong place? Or maybe you've named them not right?

i put them in the c00 folder
and called them for example: c00_maillot_time_tour.tga! |

but back to my problem
the shirt works and looks quite good but i can't see a short a leg or anything just the shoes...looks like the shoes flying up and down!? |

It's because you've add'et an Alpha Channel on the Shorts |
