First of all excuse my English, I'm spanish.

Immediately after installing the game, I start to play, the game ask me "want to install the updates?", I replay YES.

The patch is instaled and I press PLAY.

After the promotions the screen is white/black and I can not escape.

My computer:
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Procesador x86 Family 15 Model 107 Stepping 2 AuthenticAMD ~2713 MHz
Tamaño 232,88 GB (250.048.479.232 Bytes)
Espacio libre 204,06 GB (219.103.293.440 Bytes)

C-Media CM6501 Like Sound Device
Nombre NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT

Now the game is uninstalled

Please Help Me !

Why did you deinstall? You have to install again, then install the patch, then delete the start up videos from here C:\Program Files\(PCM09)\Videos (it might be different on your computer)
