Fatigue

Is there a way to stop a rider from getting fatigued? Besides not training the rider?
Nurses or nijas, either way your life is in our hands.

The fitness schedules are causing the fatigue not the training. To reduce the fatigue you have to make sure that the fitness level is below 3. It takes some time though (about the same time as it took them to build the fatigue)
