How to get new shirts for custom teams

I dont like any of the custom shirts so is it possible to get some new shirts?
Didnt find any shirt packs under the downloads and didnt find a search button to see if any other threads covered the same subject.
Did see a shirt thread though, is it possible to use these shirts?
And can you change the shirts during a save?
