not more than 30 riders

Hi,
i've made some changes in the database and now i have 25 riders, last year i had 30 because i released 5 riders changing their team id.
But when i want to sign new riders or renew contracts it always says that i can't have more than 30 riders next season, although i only have 25.
How can i fix this?

dyn_cyclist_contract change their team there aswell
