How do you go about giving a rider a day off
dlmartenson
Fairly new to the PCM scene.... Just started 09 a couple weeks ago. So anyway...upon noticing training fatigue is high for a certian rider..... how do I go about giving that rider a day or so off so that he can rest??? Thanks for the help.

you have to go onto his training menu and change his training schedule either manually (custom schedule) or switch it to another one where the training level bars are low (blue and green) at the time you are in in the calendar. Riders Rest periods are measured in weeks and not days (well, not rest but say training 50 KM a day instead of a 100 to keep the legs fresh ...) as well, so keep that in mind.
Or just put him onto any custom schedule for a week or two as those are completely on the lowest bar unless you edit them.
Don´t expect wonders though, you have to plan ahead at the start of the season and be carefull what schedule you use. Especially for young riders i´d recommend building a custon schedule or at least looking to take a premade one with relatively few red and orange weeks.
