Jersey and shorts same colour?

Hello this might seem like a noobish question but, I have been having trouble getting the jersey and shorts the same colour. I mean if you have the yellow jersey or a contry championship jersey how do you get the shorts/leggins to have the same instead of normal team colour.

The shorts are part of the jersey, and most jersey designers will change the color of the shorts when they design a champions' jersey. As for arm and leg warmers, they are something completely different, I think you can only have one set per team, but I may be wrong
