Where's the manual

Apologies if I'm asking a stupid question here but I've been left scratching my head.

I downloaded PCM09 off Steam last night and couldn't wait to get started. The one thing holding me back is that I am unable to locate the user manual. I imagined it would be in the game, or on the Steam server but I can't find it.

Could anybody else, who may have downloaded off Steam, tell me how to access the user manual so that I can really get chewed into what appears to be an outstanding game?
