Can anyone help me on how to add new national championships, TT and road? I know hot to add races and stages, but couldn't find the national races.

Well, it's just like adding a normal race. No difference except that you need to use a different UCI category (can be found in STA_UCI_class). |

It's possible to add them, yes, but you can't delete the simulations. Therefore, 3D championships should be placed the day after the simulated championship. |

And how to add the simulated championships? I don't want to have the same (for example Estonian, Slovakian) champions for all the years  |

Edit: Unless I misunderstood. You can't add a NC which is simulated.
