I want to make my own custom team but i don't like the shirts i can choose from. How can i make my own design shirts or can i use designs from the shirt database?

I think you need to have photoshop.
Maybe you can do it in paint.net

The shirts in the database you need to have as a 32-bit .tga file. Some of them are that already, if not you must download it, go to paint.net and convert it yourself
