I started this thread because I didn't find anyone on this subject.
I tried to play CYA Pack, which replaced all country flags I had installed. When I returned to PCM Daily Expansion (and copied back the original PCM flags) there are two countries which flag does not appear (Peru and San Marino).
Any thoughts on this? Which names should these flags have? (For example, Kazhakstan flag didn't show because the file was spelled Kazhagstan.)

Are you shure that the local.cdb has not been overwritten by the CYA Pack?

It sure did. I replaced all Daily's items except local.cdb. My bad. I totally forgot about it. Thanks for the help.

And... got it. Open the saved game with PCM editor, now with the original local.cdb, and saved it. All's fine, now.

Could you please tell me exactly how you did this? I've been trying to fix the same problem, but I cannot get it to work.

I solved my problem because had I backed up the local.cdb file (which I'm not sure is the original one or the one with PCM Daily Expansion Pack) to use with my database - I'm using Tugacidade, the Daily database with four portuguese teams and Vinoukourov added.
I placed that local.cdb file again where it belonged, opened the saved game with the PCM editor and just saved it. But I didn't fully understand the works of it, I just went by trial and error (and the help of Lachi, who reminded me of local.cdb)
