Open your DB with an editor (Advanced Editor or Hannes Converter). Open DYN_manager and find coeff_f_carac_evolution. Change it and save.

You are a hero, cheers Smile
Is there a overview out there as to what "table" of the DB contains what ingame-related things ?

You should be able to find it out by looking at the name of the table in most cases.
Tables starting with DYN are dynamical and therefore the contents does change during a career. STA tables are most of the time static and do not change.
If a column starts with fkID then the value is referencing to another table. Example: DYN_cyclist has the column fkIDteam. If you look in DYN_team you can see what the numbers stand for. Sadly it is not always that clear, fkIDstatut does link to STA_cyclist_statut for example. But you might find your way.

I did an overview for PCM08 which was only in german because nobody was interested here. I do not know if you understand german, but at least if you click on a field starting with fkID it will show you the content of the linked STA table (in most cases): https://baseportal...M/Overview
