max teams/min riders in race

Is there a maximum number of teames allowed to participate in a race?
Maximum number of riders?

Would it be possible to enroll say 30 teams for a race? Surely this must be the case for the WCs? 40 possible? Is the limitation on riders instead? Possible to go over 180?

How about a minimum of riders? I know that some NC are absent due to lack of riders and have heard that ~30 is a limit. however, I was able to play a NC with only 19 riders (Quite an interesting stage).

I'm not 100 % sure, but from what I remember, there's a max of 23 teams per race.

In terms of minimum of riders, I don't know the exact amount, but anything below 10 will probably result in a crash.

This is worthy of testing,

I guess the easiest way would be to start a career and then auto enroll a bunch (24) for the TdU.
