A slightly more advanced question about relaying

Breakaway Specialist Posts: 850 Joined: 25-03-2009 PCM$: 200.00	Is it possible to make a relay do shifts without coming back all the way to the rear end of the relay line? You know, when a rider finishes his tempo, he slides in front of the 3rd rider in line, or 4th (having put for example 5 of my riders in front), so that other teams cannot push their riders on the tempo. I've been trying to do this by combining free ride with relay & infinite relay, but so far I'm unable to recreate this common tactics. I'm managing a sprinting team so with the new slightly changed gameplay in the 09 version, I thought that this tactic would come in handy. If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful.

Neo-Pro Posts: 339 Joined: 03-08-2008 PCM$: 200.00	i do this all the time. set your riders to relay and then click the guy at the front to maintain position, as he drops back click relay again. if your guy keeps falling back its because his effort level is not high enough

Thanks a lot If offense is the best defence, does it mean that defence is the worst defence? If I should die before I wake, I pray the Lord will delete my browser history.
