Automatic Races in Career

Does my team have to attend these races that I have been automatically invited to? The cancel registration button is greyed out. Is there a way in game to avoid going to these or if not through the editor. Thanks

Those are UCI Pro Tour (or Cya Top Tour) races - the most important ones in the calendar -and if Your team is Pro Tour You HAVE TO start in them. And I guess You would also like to do it, because they've got the biggest prices and You earn Pro Tour points for good performances in them. In the end of a season You don't get enough points, Your team will be relegated to Continental Tour and You'll get sacked Wink
