Hello!

I've got a question regarding the nationality of the teams. What is the difference between two types of the nationality of the custom made team? And what is the influence of each one on the gameplay? Any kind of bonuses for starting in national races or what actually? And does anyone know, if existing teams also have these two types of nationality, because only one of them is visible...

Manual, when it comes to this matter, is as much unclear as it can be: "Nationality (displayed) and Nationality (real) apply to the "legal" residence of the team (used by the game's AI) as opposed to the actual nationality of the team."

Whoaa!!! Now what the hell is the difference between the "real" nationality, the "displayed" one and the "actual" one??? Don't know how about You, but I'm not really in a mood for any philosophical deliberations, so I'd appreciate some help with that Wink

The main difference, I guess, is the choice of calendar. If your displayed nationality is San Marino, and your actual nationality is Spanish, you'll be auto-invited to Spanish races.

For AI teams, this also influences the choice of riders. Again, the team will mainly sign riders from its real nationality, not the displayed one.

(And yes, all teams have an actual nationality and a displayed nationality)

So it looks like there's no use at all for the displayed nationality? What's it for then?

For displaying the nationality of a team. Several teams are registered in countries where they don't actually belong, e.g. Amica Chips, Miche, etc.
