reracing stage / editing savegame / turning back time

Is it possible whit some kind of editor to set your safegame back one day? not just the date, but also replaying a stage?

I tryed to change te current date en te last race id whit hannes converter, but when i replay the stage the previous results are still there!... (and the new also Pfft...) So i think i have to delete some sort of classification, but don't know where... any id?

I was in a tour, won 2 races, had the leader jersy, simulated a flat race: braekaway whit 15min a head of the bunch!

(sorry for my english Pfft)

(And yes, it's possible, but it's very difficult).
